Cheap mobiles are easier to find when included as a package in a long term contract plan. Rather than paying up front for the latest mobiles, newer technology can be found in cheap mobiles by purchasing them in instalments on a contract. This method of making mobiles more affordable also allows you to keep relatively up to date with the newest mobile phones, as each time you renew your contract you may be able to choose from new cheap mobiles.
